Our 32nd EVU Annual Congress will be held in Kufstein, Austria from 12 to 14 September 2024.
Registration for the Annual Congress 2024 is open as of now!
We were able to block allotments with the conference hotel (Hotel Andreas Hofer) as well as two other hotels (Hotel Arte, Hotel Stadt Kufstein) for 140,00 €/night for a single room and 180,00 €/night for a double room including breakfast. The booking Reservations can only be made by e-mail with the reference "EVU Congress 2024" [Hotel Andreas Hofer] [Hotel Arte] [Hotel Kufstein Stadt].
The participation fee is 695,00 € for EVU East members, 795,00 € for EVU West members and 995,00 € for non-members.
The Tyrolean evening on Thursday and the gala dinner at the fortress Kufstein on Friday are included in the conference fee for participants and speakers. Please add (if desired) only the accompanying persons for the two evening events mentioned and for the partner program on friday.
For cancellations from 15.08.2024 a fee of 50 % of the conference fee will be charged. For cancellations from 29.08.2024 a fee of 100 % will be charged. We ask for your understanding.
